As a result, recovery of approximately R$300 million in litigated credits distributed in an increasing manner in the 2020/21 and 22 fiscal years, through judicial agreements, opening a new avenue of results and customer recovery.• Leadership of the Accounts Receivable team, in addition to all the interface with the accounting team, ensuring that all portfolio management was in compliance with accounting standards and company guidelines.. • Management of all customer accounts receivable service, representing a demand of approximately 40 thousand calls/month (for example bank write-offs, accounting agreements, reconciliation and collection emissions) being 98% of all operations carried out through the implementation in the last 2 years of 32 robots and automated processes, generating scale gain and reduction of resources employed in the activity.

The success of this journey resulted in a joint venture between Ipiranga and Fininvest / Unibanco, thus giving birth to MAX Finance, where I participated from its conception to its full operation, being responsible for adapting the bank's culture to a pioneering project in the Private Label cards market, making the necessary internal adjustments to the operation, ensuring that 100% of the deliveries agreed with shareholders and customers took place as planned.
