Responsible for the management of the program, the functions include: guiding aspirants through the admission process, assignment of professors to the courses; developing of the academic reforms, preparation and presentation of the program to meet high national accreditation standards, student counseling, leading of the academic processes of students such as: presentation of the doctoral research project, the doctoral thesis defense, interaction with academic peers that intervene during the doctoral training process, preparation and execution of doctoral colloquiums and managing other academic processes with the academic authorities of the university.

Responsible for the management of the program. This program delivers a robust and scientific training in the management field.

As undergraduate professor, I have been responsible for leading the courses of: International Business and the Organization, General Theory of the Organization, Leadership and Sustainability and Managing Change. As a postgraduate professor I have led courses on: Business Ethics, Leadership, Organizational Theory, Corporate Social Responsibility, Change and Organisational Learning, Sustainability Management and Strategy.

Responsible of leading the team of researchers, the role included the definition of the research strategy of the group and giving advice on the design of the research projects presented to the research committee of the school.

Responsible for the academic development and curricular improvement of the program. In charge of mentoring the professors, advising students, tutoring of business applicated projects and supporting the diffusion of the program.

Responsible for leading and building the team of professors of the organizations area. In charge of giving guidance in relation to the content of the courses, pedagogical strategies and intended learning outcomes assessment of each of the the undergraduate programs of the school

Como profesor de pregrado lideré los cursos de: Teoría General de la Organización, Negocios Internacionales y la Organización, como docente de posgrados los cursos de: Liderazgo, Teoría de las organizaciones y Ética Gerencial

En los programas de pregrado, responsable del desarrollo de los cursos de: Introducción a la Administración, Teoría General de la Organización y Liderazgo. En los programas de especialización lideré los cursos de Ética Gerencial, Liderazgo y Teoría de las Organizaciones.

Encargado de coordinar los procesos académicos de la Escuela. Estas actividades incluyen la programación de cursos, atención a los estudiantes, consejería, cumplimiento de normas, control de calificaciones y orientación respecto de los ajustes de los planes de estudio del programas académicos. Fui responsable salvaguardar la correcta ejecución de los procesos académicos en la escuela de administración, en interacción con directores académicos, personal administrativo y profesores.​
