As a quality ally, I believe we have the same perspective and ethos. The dire situation we are in requires the formulation of a “system” as a principle of order by which to achieve the State Policies outlined in the Philippine Constitution. The philosophy of total quality management or TQM teaches that complex organizations and nations are built up by “systems” and that no business or society can develop into large dimensions apart from system, and this principle is preeminently the instrument of development, management sciences, and science and technology.This quality initiative is on-going throughout the Philippines and also globally from selected quality allies like you.
