My forte in project management methods, HR management, strategic quality planning, among others, are integral and inter-related to each other in a given corporate objective or job. My core competence in integral management systems aims for harmonization of plans, processes, information, resource decisions, actions, results and analyses to support key organization-wide goals. Effective integration goes beyond alignment and is achieved when individual components (or departments) operate as a fully interconnected unit aligned with the corporate vision, objectives and goals. In addition, several interrelated core values and competencies are part of my work ethics and character. Such as: visionary leadership, customer-driven excellence, organizational and personal continuous learning, agility, focus on the future, systems perspective, management by fact and focus on results and creating value. All these principles and practices form part of my work ethics and character, with all modesty. I do not discount the fact that I learned all these from my parents, teachers, mentors, peers and co-workers. With deep humbleness, I have to start with a humility I never possess before, and acknowledge that I don’t know all the ways of doing things best. I always leave room for continuous learning of things which can help improve myself and the organization I serve.
