I performed the following roles and tasks:•Intervention in works of the Built Heritage. Rehabilitation of property with patrimonial and historical values, belonging to a city hotel. Architectural survey of the site. Preparation of the architectural program and descriptive memory. Spatial, functional, environmental, and symbolic- expressive solutions. Drawings and 3D modeling in Revit. Preparation of technical-executive plans. Realization of the design of volumetry and facades.• Realization of the interior design of a city hotel. Interior design of rooms and outdoor pool area. Environmental- physical qualification criteria. Landscape composition of the pool area, furniture design and signage. Preparation of the general decoration dossier.• Lobby design for an industrial building dedicated to printing and advertising. Preparation of the decoration dossier.• Direct link to the realization of executive- technical projects of beach hotels in the tourism sector, located in the Ramón de Antilla pole in the Province of Holguín, Cuba. Design and realization of technical plans for both architecture and decoration through Revit software, for the Baracutey 59, Baracutey 61 and Baracutey 61A hotels. Development of architectural and technical solutions. Close linkage and compatibility with the other specialties of the project, such as structure, electricity, weak currents, mechanics, and hydraulics. Labor with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, in conjunction with Bouygues Batiment International. Visit to construction site and author control. Communication with the investor and the client.• Development of BIM models in REVIT.• Application of current regulations to the design process.• Realization of floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details, general catalogs, 3D modeling, rendering, descriptive memories, lists of materials, budget, and presentations.
