On the last 25 years of my business career I've been focused on the Control Room Business from different perspectives. Starting from the IT Technical part, moving to Product Management then to Strategic Sales Executive for Spain, Italy, Portugal and LATAM then to Senior Product Manager for Control Room products and solutions till Head of Product Management nowadays leading the strategic Product Roadmap and PM team to make it happen.On these 25 years I’ve enjoyed so much my different business roles adding passion on everything I’ve done and I can see four different periods in my Control Room career. The first one focused on Quality Management Systems and R&D support on the product industrialization for Control Rooms and Data Center.A second one where a did my Product Management and Business Management degree that shift my role to lead the Product Management responsibility on IT business for Control Room and Data Center. I have to say that this period was a pivotal point that changed my mindset and shift me to a more strategic business and management approach.The third one on International strategic business development for Spain, Italy, Portugal and LATAM, focused in long-term strategic relationships with System Integrators, End Users and Resellers, adding my passion on every single project with a business consultant user centered approach designing the sales strategy on each country that putted our market positioning on a leading position.And currently the fourth one on the Strategic Product Management arena contributing to the company business success defining and implementing the strategic market centric Product Roadmaps and Business plans aligned with the company Vision and business strategy.
