• Executive operating in industrial environment with 25+ years of experience in large multinational companies, and multidisciplinary knowledge in operations management• Implementation of strategies in alignment with Strategic Business Plan and provision of sense of direction/focus.• Ensuring that business goals are met by effectively managing the work force.• Management of employee relations ensuring policies and procedures are followed.• Oversee of the entire business process from start to finish, including planning, design, materials procurement, labor management, production scheduling, safety, quality control, maintenance, shipping, and finance.• Development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality standards and efficiency.• Management of inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.• Monitoring of new products launches regarding quality, cost, and delivery as well as engineering changes.• Meeting of manufacturing financial objectives, preparing an annual budget including capital and manpower expenses, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions, and reporting proper KPIs.• Experience in operations P&L management within matrix organizations.• Extensive experience in lean manufacturing program implementation (World Class Manufacturing, APS).• Building and management of high-performance multidisciplinary teams.• Multicultural and global vision, having experiences in Unites States, South America, and Europe. • Native Portuguese, advanced English.
