Leading the R&D team my main responsibility was to develop a product innovation and technology strategy for the Company.Developer of 6 patents for the Group in automotive chassis technology.The most representative project I leaded was the design and development of a steering rear axle for a Mercedes VITO van. This project was developped in collaborattion with Mercedes Benz, as well as GAT Staff and P4Q electronics.

As Manager of a multidisciplinary team my main function was develop new strategies in order to create new Companies and factories for automotive industry. Define the working plans for the different factory areas and implant a Customer orientated philosopy were some targets achieved. The principal project was the development and production of the rear control arm for Alfa 940.

My main responsibility was the definition of the company strategy and the follow up and the achievement of the proposed targets for the R&D team.Developer of 5 patents for the ZF Group in automotive chassis technology and gear shift mechanism.One of the most important achievements was the development of a new technology for sheet metal suspension control arms in the ZF Group, achieving the homologation by GM-OPEL for the technology SMiCA (Sheet Metal integrated Control Arm)
