With a Master in International Management (LSE & FGV), for 4+ years I have been working as an Independent Marketing and Strategy Consultant, helping small and medium-sized startups to face the world of digital marketing and e-commerce. In addition to my consulting work, I am currently engaged in two projects: as Marketing and Operations Manager at KiCoffee, a healthy and sustainable foodtech; and as Executive Recruiter for Aurora Recruiting, helping the most trendy tech startups in Brazil to find young high-profile talents.-A little about myself:Passionate about Technology and Innovation, it was while studying Computer Engineering at University of Campinas (UNICAMP) that I discovered my biggest passion: management. This fact motivated me to change colleges and start studying Business Administration at FGV-EAESP. What in the beginning made me very apprehensive, in the end proved to be the right choice. Over the 4 years of graduation I was awarded 5 times on the Honor Roll of FGV (Dean’s List - TOP 10 students of the course), won the EDP University Challenge, Johnson & Johnson Marketing Mix Challenge and was awarded at the UN (United Nations). Finally, also at FGV, I founded A-Lab (now called Liga de Marketing FGV), the first student organization focused on Design Thinking in Brazil, inspired by Stanford d.school.Still in the academic field, I recently completed a Global Master in International Management through CEMS (The Global Alliance in Management Education), at FGV-EAESP and The London School of Economics (LSE). In London, I participated in the Street Markets revitalization project in a partnership with the City Council of Westminster.Thanks to my academic performance, many teachers have invited me to participate in consultancy projects that led me to become an Independent Consultant. Among the projects I have already managed, I would highlight:+ Development of the digital strategic planning for a Brazilian OTA (Online Travel Agency) with +R$1 billion in annual revenue;+ Planning and structuring from scratch the KiCoffee marketing and e-commerce operation;+ Implementation project for an e-commerce operation of a sustainable fashion startup;+ Concept creation, branding and digital strategy for a sustainable cooking page;+ among others ...-I was very lucky to have had the opportunities that I had and recognizing the difficulties that Brazil faces, I dedicate two days per month to helping companies and professionals offering my work pro bono.
