Advocated and led the (re)design of PayPal i18n framework for improved developer experience, product optimization (size and speed), and improved technical capabilities of the PayPal organization. Globalize.js is an open source library/SDK whose users range from big tech companies such as Twitter, PayPal, Stripe, Tripadvisor, IBM, etc to small companies all over the world. Sponsored by the jQuery Foundation (that later became the OpenJS Foundation), led Globalize re-design (using UTS#35/CLDR standards) and roadmap. Evangelized Globalize as a speaker.

Sponsored by the jQuery Foundation, led the Download Builder re-write (ported from former PHP code into Node.js), which manages “1,000,000 custom downloads every four months”. Part of the UI team.

Led the quality & assurance team, responsible to provide schedules and milestones, recommend priorities, identify dependencies and risks, perform analysis of existing open source projects, recommend alternatives and solutions. Worked with various teams across the world. Participant of Open Source projects (like autotest.kernel.org). Worked with agile Scrum.

Gained knowledge on the network management field. I've worked in some company's customers (like Telefonica, TecBan and Casas Bahia), and I've been involved with management and technical tasks on projects of the network management field, where we've integrated solutions for fault and performance management, using the following suite of tools: IBM Tivoli.
