Responsible for Sponsorship negotiations between Creators & Talents and all of Ambev's brands. Long term contracts, e.g. brand ambassadors & campaign co-creators. The main objective is to leverage our partnerships to evolve entertainment, our brands and the own Creators & Talents.Product Owner of a Governance solution to automatize & prioritize sponsorship valuations. Involvement with Power Platform & SQL to create the solution.

Responsible for negotiating sponsorships over U$100k at the regional procurement office in Latin America. • Mapping and improvement of the whole Creator's Management process in a multifunctional Squad;• Continuous improvement in the valuation of sponsorship assets and a partner for the implementation of sustainability in the main sponsorship contracts of the company; • Business partner to the Marketing area to ensure the creation of assets prepared for the future of entertainment.In over 20 negotiations until Jul/21m we've achieved:• 40% efficiency in Sponsorship negotiations;• Savings of approximately R$ 3 million;• Positive Return on all of the closed deals;• Creation of a process flow with training & a new area as a result of the Squad.

It brought governance and visibility to the sponsorship negotiation process; • Sustainability Index for Trade Marketing materials based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals; • League of Interns, in which I was an Ambassador managing a team of 8 people responsible for the connection between Ambev and Universities such as Poli, FEA and EACH USP and others. We were able to reach partnerships with a direct impact of more than 5,000 university students and totaled 74 activations; • Circular Economy in Packaging in which, together with a team of 3 more people, we outlined strategies for Circular Economy for the Packaging team's 1YP; • Smart Challenge in which, together with a team of 2 more people, we were able to create a responsible consumption action for young people from scratch - from its ideation to its execution. We were able to observe the change in the habit of young people at parties using data.

Responsible for conducting projects to build governance, culture and good practices in resource and people management and for implementing project management methods with the coordinators.Projects carried out:• Tool for evaluating people's performance;• Tool for analyzing resources for planning and monitoring the Plans in accordance with contracts with City Halls;• Mapping of management processes in all instances of the Plans;• Training in tools, routine and hard skills facilitated for researchers at the Nucleus.

Final responsible for cooperations between Finland's Local Committees & Latin America in the area of Incoming Global Volunteer, customer flow management in AIESEC's online platform for all of the Local Committees of Finland, certifying that the project's Brand was being implemented in a national level. Digital content creation support for Local Committees.Achievements: monthly meetings done with VPs of each committee; website for AIESEC in Finland created; Opportunities opened in the system in the global timeline for 3 projects; Local Committees with a special page in the website for each.
