Hi! It's a pleasure to meet you! The past few years I've been working as a producer, managing a team of around 10 people, with the focus on the narrative aspect of the game. Narrative is like a glue to all of the other departments -solidifying the whole project together - so my engagement in it, was far wider than only the narrative teams.I strongly believe that the most crucial aspect of working in the entertainment industry is communication and wellbeing – if you’re able to make your teammates talk to each other, understand each other, respect each other’s limitations and it all happens in an environment of trust, then you’re already on track of making an awesome project! The other aspect, no less important, is having a clear vision of the project. Not only a roadmap and a stacked kanban board, but a clear documentation of what is to be achieved. Understanding your USPs and pillars is crucial to keep the project on track. I’ve compiled and prepared GDDs, pitches, marketing decks and other production oriented documentation, which are all crucial for the whole team to understand the goals ahead of them (and not only to sway a publisher to your project).My past experience also includes PR & Marketing, Business development, Brand management and publisher relations – from keeping in touch with journalists and influencers, to pitching new ideas to publishers, to identifying brand strengths and building brand plans based on that, to directly talking to fans digitally and on venues, to preparing projects to be released on various platforms (STEAM, SONY, Microsoft, Nintendo), to reporting to Publishers on the ongoings of the development process.
