After over 15 years of experience in traditional logistics model for a production factory in the sense of belonging to a specific production plant, having the responsibility of providing all components from the full range, I have the pleasure of participating in a new project of reorganizing logistics and switching to operating in the division by commodity and being part of supply chain for 14 factories in EMEA region in the field of steel and metal stamping components. Which is also very important for me and consistent with my previous experience, and at the same time it gives me pleasure and gives me the opportunity to test and develop my skills in such a large area with my team of three nationalities (Poles - 4, Slovaks - 2, Italians - 3). This large area of activity also gives me many other opportunities doing the service for all these factories and at the same time organize hybrid work concerning:- ensure business continuity- customer focused - react dynamically to changes in market demand- improving efficency- workplace organization improvement, build and lead high performing leadership- manage performance and inventory targets
