I'm the sole provider of SAP support / development across the Ferra Group of companies with approximately 200 people in 3 countries (4 sites). The Ferra group manufactures subsystems for air, land and sea systems.ABAP Developer- Development of ALV reports, Screens, Smartforms- BAPI functions and BDC to interface to standard SAP functionality.- Development of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs to extend standard functionality- Developing New Requirements with non-IT end users within SAP's framework.- Unit and integration testing.- Debugging and Performance tuning of existing code. Functional Support- Have worked extensively with the following modules FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM. Including configuration changes / new companies.- Have provided SAP end user training / documentation for Purchasing Staff, Production Staff, Schedulers, Project Managers.BASIS- System / Client Copies- Backups- User Roles (including inheritance to extend across multiple plants)- SAP Printing / Email System- Led the migration of Ferra's ECC system from on Prem to Amazon cloud in 2018.New Site Setup (2016)- Setup the IT Infrastructure at a new site. Which included:- Networking (Cabling / Wifi Access Points)- Server Room setup (Server, Switches and Router)- Door Access Control System and Alarm System including tendering.- Network Video Recording system- Phone System- Provided Staff training and support in SAP at the new site.General IT- Have supported the Cyber Security improvements at the Brisbane site (including Essential 8)- Setup a machine monitoring system to monitor usage of CNC Machines using SQL Server and worked with external consultants on Microsoft BI front end.Hands on Roles (2008 to 2015)Had none-IT roles as a Master Production Scheduler, Project Manager (1 year), Purchasing (6 months). This gave me good insight into the end user processes for these roles in SAP and in general.
