• managing the purchase of raw materials produced, as well as planning theproduction of finished products taking into account the optimal use of bothraw materials and the availability of production lines;
• controlling production value based on KPI;
• implementing optimal solutions at the interface Sales - Operation;
• operational controlling, including reporting on the effectiveness of the use ofraw materials throughout the chain and unused potentials;
• initiating and controlling continuous improvement activities resulting fromimproved chain profitability.
