Ten years experience in quality department as a Quality specialist/CMM programmer. I have always volunteer for new inspection training available and led by Quality Engineers e.g. : first off inspection, flash machine, laser arm, rise Non- conformance, Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) e.t.cMy determination for more work and Quality knowledge led me to position as a trainer for new company project, where I was send with engineers to learn it in Silicon Valley CA (6 months).As a trainer I was also involved in test released made by engineers and control plan corrections for future build and inspection of the devices. I’ve also train and manage 6 people in QC department in UK and China.In 2018 I've decided to change medical department from medical to aerospace and automotive. I,ve joined to Formtech Composites as a Quality Specialist. My responsibilities are: Calibration quality equipment, inspection components delivered from supplier and post production inspection of the components based on carbon fiber, Kevlar, Tedlar, rohacell material according to GDMT standards, from Automotive and Aerospace production department.Creating CofC, SOP’s, Instruction Control Plan, raising NCR’s. I’ve QMS certificate (ISO 9001) and I’m participating in internal audits.Since when I started working at Formtech Composites my mine task was to crate and run (lead) Quality Department. In 2019 I've joined to Multigrind Ltd company, where I've learned programming Coordinate-measuring machine (CMM)
