Rafal Ciolek is a Area Lead at ING Hubs Poland. He possess expertise in service desk, it service management, itil, change management, incident management and 17 more skills. I was working with him closely as an Agile Coach supporting him as Chapter Lead and his Chapter. The first association that comes into my mind when I think of Rafał is that he is a very professional but friendly and human manager. On one side I personally experienced his ability to support other person and on second side I always found him being brave enough to pose a difficult question or put forward a difficult but very true and needed comment or to draw a line that you shouldn’t cross. Also during this whole time spent working together I watched him evolve and taking the best from every received feedback. Also he always was willing to provide his perspective when approached. And he also is open to new experiences as he took a Scrum Master’s role for one big initiative and Product Owner for another smaller one. It was a pleasure working with Rafał and I wish that we will have an opportunity to work again in the future. "
