My primary role in Neon Wave is managing internal marketing projects, such as creation of the company's web page, UX, blog page (also for Neon Shake), new business campaigns, and strategies, together with planning future development of our media in the context of marketing funnels. Similarly, thanks to the start-up character of Neon Wave, I'm partially responsible for research, development, and implementation of new processes, which might (or might not :)) improve the workflow - I strongly believe in agility! Therefore, I work closely with our Head of Business, Head of Performance, Head of Design, our dear Developers, Copywriters, Designers, and Account Executives.-----My secondary area of responsibility in Neon Wave (still equally important as the first one) is managing projects for clients, and naturally, taking care of the relations between us.Because of the size of Neon Wave the majority of projects are the small ones, such as building a landing page or a one-pager, optimizing Google Ads campaign, etc. However, I already was lucky enough to participate in a lot more complex projects, eg. preparing a strategy for a foreign company, which was about to enter Polish market with extensive list of digital, and "traditional" marketing actions, including web page reconstruction, social media campaign, SEO + SEM campaign, and finally ATL. -----In the meantime...I am also included in various Neon Wave and Neon Shake projects as a Marketing Specialist. Besides copywriting, researching, preparing presentations, and strategies, I also analyze digital performance of our clients' campaigns, I build WordPress websites, and I show my colleagues the secrets of MS excel - still need to learn a lot more!
