I am leading R&D team members, as well as developing strategic operations in the research and development department. As an R&D Director, I am analyzing and helping develop responses to technical issues and challenges as they arise, and they contribute new ideas to their team related to pharmaceutical research and development.I am Fostering, facilitating and coordinating all the laboratories’ research, reference, scientific and technical expert appraisal activities, to provide support for the development of projects in the TZF company. Providing scientific support for the areas of R&D, Portfolio & Pipeline Management, Industrial Operations, Sales and Marketing, including both laboratory analysis, research, and contact with academic centers. Departmental activities cover the entire product life cycle; projects from feasibility phase, development, registration, manufacturing to sales. I also provide scientific support for various PR activities of the TZF S.A.I am leading R&D new ideas from their inception to development. My actions include also building and implementing a detailed laboratory research work plan to fulfill the company's research objectives, working to improve and expand the company's unique formulation, collaborating with scientific professionals to create innovations andrecruiting and acquiring the talent, specialists and scientists within the appropriate scientific field.I am, as the qualified person (QP), responsible for certifying that each batch of a medicinal product meets all required provisions when released from a manufacturing facility within the EU, or imported into the EU, under European Union law.
