• Sales of product licenses, contract manufacturing services and products to international customers;• Full P&L responsibility for licensing, contract manufacturing and export with 2 direct reports;• Negotiating of commercial and quality terms of licensing and contract manufacturing agreements;• Customer service related to contract manufacturing;• Responsible for contacts with contract manufacturing and contract development organizations – search and selection of suitable business partners, negotiations of the agreements, supervision of the execution of the contracts;• Regularly reviewing of the agreements, ensuring that the contracts are up-to-date and adhere to specified standards;• Analysis of Polish pharmaceutical and cosmetics markets, recommending of products for development.
