For over 20 years I have been combining passion with work! Initially as a journalist, then as a manager I act, watch and create sports media. I gained my first experience in the press, but quite quickly my CV included television, radio and the internet, which was only fledgling at that time. With curiosity, an open head, and sometimes with amazement, I observed changes and took up challenges. Also now, living and working at the intersection of traditional and digital media, I am glad that I can create unique forms of communication. When I started working as a journalist, I caught up with the last moments, when we dictated correspondence to female typists over the phone in Przegląd Sportowy. Soon, we were starting the construction of the future power of Wirtualna Polska. I also had the honor of blazing the trail with the Żagle magazine and Eurosport. Along the way, there were TVN, Extreme Channel and a few other shorter, but equally interesting and horizons-broadening adventures. I wrote about sailing and was part of the team that created the zagle.com.pl website from scratch. The journalistic adventure with television was crowned with hundreds of commented Bundesliga and Ekstraklasa matches as well as extraordinary experiences as a producer during the football European Championships in 2012. In Eurosport, I created an internet editorial office and the website eurosport.pl, which has evolved over the years in eurosport.onet.pl, eurosport.interia .pl and eurosport.tvn24.pl. At the same time, the initially modest team has grown to include video production, SM and OTT. The successful projects so far inspired me with ideas for exploring new, yet undiscovered media and digital areas. They inspired courage to continue unconventional thinking about media, information processing and crossing professional barriers. I try to imagine where, how and with which senses we will "consume" sport in a few years! Interesting, isn't it?
