At Wszechnica, I am responsible for devising the company’s strategy and corresponding business model. The role also involves overseeing the financial and PR management of the company. I am also representing Wszechnica's board in cooperation with the company's strategic partners, such as the Aviation Valley Association, Polish Chamber of Training Companies, United Nations Global Compact Poland or Małopolska Partnership for Continuing Education. As a consultant and facilitator, I support the company's clients in devising and implementing learning culture solutions in their organizations.

At Wszechnica, I lead the Think tank team, which is responsible for R&D activities and addresses the company's strategic priorities. The role involves a constant search for new business ideas and developing them with internal stakeholders. I also facilitate the work of the expert teams devising new products and services of Wszechnica.

ReAktor company provides training courses designed for people who want to improve their management skills. Using innovative, theatrical method the company has already delivered training courses for managers of companies such as IKEA, Parker, ING Silesian Bank, Deloitte etc. My task was the preparation of the scenario and giving a theatrical performance during the training course.
