I managed thirty field service technicians attending more than a hundred daily corrective events at client premises.- Service Delivery Manager IT Services (9 years). As the manager responsible for customer services, I grew the area from 20 to more than 100 collaborators by increasing new cllents and opening three new services points through recruiting technicians and designing services. I worked with great independence from headquarters, making my own decisions, recruiting people, buying services and materials while the area was growing and always with an eye to the economic objectives and customer satisfaction. This was always carried out under normalised Quality ISO rules, KPIs and productivity indicators, and by means of follow-up meetings with clients.- Account Manager IT Services (2 years). The same customer focus but seen from another perspective. The perfect interface for gaining a deep understand of all the proceses and the organisations.- CEO and start-up co-founder (3 years). My start-up experience has involved deeper understanding of the Internet, on-line marketing, e-learning, e-commerce and social media.
