CurrentAs Documentation Coordinator I am responsible for:1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of various organizational processes, procedures, policies, and other essential documents. This includes electronic and physical files.2. Report Generation: Create reports and summaries from the documented data, presenting the information in a clear and concise manner.3. Data Entry and Management: Input data into the documentation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Update and maintain existing records as needed.4. Quality Control: Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Ensure that all records are properly labeled and categorized for easy retrieval.5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to gather necessary information and ensure that documentation accurately reflects organizational processes.6. Document Control: Implement document control procedures to ensure that only authorized personnel can access, modify, or delete documentation.
