With a BSc in Health, Exercise, and Fitness from the University of Sunderland and a foundational BTEC in General IT from Newcastle College, my journey has taken me through various roles where organization and communication were key. Currently, at Hays Travel as a Flights Admin Assistant, I leverage these skills daily, having progressed from my initial role in the HTOL Duty Office. Previously, as a FutureMe Coach, I empowered learners to pursue higher education, a testament to my mentoring abilities and my dedication to facilitating growth and education.
