I began my journey in technology in January 2001.Until 2012, I focused on the technical layer, working as a Microsoft specialist, Architecture Manager, NOC Manager, and IT Manager.In 2012, while serving as an Architecture Manager, I transitioned into a commercial role, which ignited my passion for sales and building relationships with business partners.Since then, I have consistently set sales records wherever I go, always engaged, motivated, and with a strong drive to evolve and assist my team and clients.My approach is consultative due to my technical background, allowing sales to happen naturally as I deliver exactly what the client desires and needs.Entrepreneurship is a part of who I am; I love creating new solutions, processes, and models.In 2019, thanks to a network of client friends, I introduced Pier Cloud, the company in which I am now a partner, to two major clients, Natura and Resultados Digitais.In discussions with Pier Cloud's Founder, I decided to join the operation in January 2020. This partnership began in 2019 and was formalized in 2020. Pier Cloud now serves major clients, and due to this significant transformation and growth, I acted as a Co-founder, investing a great deal of energy into the entire operation.In April 2023, I decided to step away from Pier Cloud's operation and venture into consulting with more autonomy in other startups, where I am responsible for:- Directing the company's operation by developing strategic planning, economic-financial budget, and business investment plan.- Implementing the business plan to achieve profitability, cost, and projected growth objectives.- Supporting in the structuring of an advisory board, ensuring a Corporate Governance process aligned with the company's objectives.- Monitoring the development of operational areas, supporting and promoting continuous process improvement.- Building/Enhancing sales and customer/partner management mechanisms.- Ensuring the execution of contracts signed by the group through good Compliance practices.- Continuously developing the leadership team in the operational areas.
