Mr. Rafat is an accomplished line engineer with over 7 years’ experience in the power transmission industry. Driven by solutions-oriented approach, continuous learning, and self-improvement, Rafat takes pride in providing the best possible version of himself.He is an experienced PLS software user and has strong transmission line design management skill from tendering to construction stages. He is currently heading the technical team of ETCBL Global where his design delivery function includes schedule assurance, quality assurance, client expectation and satisfaction management.​Rafat has been recognized by the management for his extraordinary commitment to company’s growth and vision. In addition to his primary job functions, he is now performing role of operations manager where he is responsible for people, core operations, budgets, engineering project delivery and strategy with direct reporting to management. He is managing a team of young engineers which involves both the engagement and development of his team members.He holds B.Sc. in electrical & electronic engineering degree from IUT and is an associate member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
