Systems Limited is Pakistan's largest listed IT Company, renowned as the industry leader with a strong global presence with wholly owned subsidiaries spread across Africa, Australia, Singapore, and the MENA region.Responsibilties:• Managed timely and accurate financial reporting including preparation of global consolidated financial statements as per IFRS.• Strategically monitoring the business units’ performance via horizontal/ vertical analyses and provided suitable recommendations in monthly management meetings to senior management.• led the implementation of projects, initiatives and automation of reporting i.e. resource optimization, price optimization, integrating ERP with Power BI.• Automated monthly cost tracker report using BI tool with direct accessibility to CFO and CEO along with variance analysis of actual cost with budget and forecast.• Formulating rolling forecast on monthly basis, partnering with various functional departments.• To prepare and analyze business segment wise consolidated P&L for profit visibility on regions after eliminating intercompany impact.• Update KPI Scorecard of DRs to CEO on Quarterly Basis, monitoring revenues from new clients and monthly run rate of revenues in USD.• Publish worker wise and resource competency wise P&L to monitor resource utilization and allocation for each Competency.• Providing customer wise, project wise and region wise profitability analysis to senior management.• Performing Benchmarking on annual basis on financial and non-financial KPI’s.• Preparation of standalone and consolidated statutory financial statements as per IFRS

Responsibilities:• Completion of monthly closing activities including FG costing run. (closing cycles & new month activity in SAP)• Established and maintained financial forecasting models in collaboration with financial analysts, covering sales, net profit, and cash flow for informed decision-making. Consistently updated forecasts on monthly basis with a three-month outlook.• Utilized Microsoft Power BI to generate business reports for daily margins and OWC, contributing to informed decision-making.• To ensure that the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)/ Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) document is updated once in year in co-ordination with other departments.• Participated in the annual budgeting process with department representatives, gathering inputs and reviewing data to ensure budget alignment with organizational strategy.• Performed monthly financial analysis, comparing actual results to forecast and budget, and identified variances across financial performance indicators.• Prepared and delivered a range of management and statutory reports, including financial statements, performance indicators, BOD pack, and other relevant reports.• Coordinated and facilitated external and internal audits by working closely with third-party auditors and department representatives to provide necessary data and information.• Preparation and analysis of customers’ overdue and aging report along with their credit worthiness.

Responsibilites:▪️ Responsible for international reporting of BU Marine and Protective Coatings Pakistan by completing A-Forms using Hyperion Financial Management Tool for regional review.▪️ Preparation and submission of 3 months rolling forecasts on monthly basis and Quarterly rolling forecast to region.▪️ Working closely with Company’s tax consultants (Deloitte) for calculation of Corporation tax liability of the company.▪️ Produced and analysed annual budget for review by CFO which enabled the CFO to have a better understanding ofthe budget status of each department. Achievements:▪️ Part of operating working capital monitoring project, preparing separate analysis for supply chain and commercial units for their relevant control purpose.▪️ Prepared Sensitivity analysis for supply chain and Commercial Units to Control Operating working capital and Operating cash flow.▪️ Effectively conducted the Annual Physical Asset verification exercise and Asset Impairment exercise on all sites of the company.▪️ Prepared projection of Capital Expenditures along with forecasted Depreciation and Tax benefits related to investments.
