Dealing With Clients all over the world through info channel regarding policies information and answered queries of customer and take care of distribution of mails in complaint and request units.

I have been working in Arwentech in Adamjee campaign as a Customer Relation Officer deal with customer all over the country provide customer Services and submitting complain with Motors and health claims and entertain the customer and solve all queries related to product.

I have been working in Toyota Defence Motors As a Front Desk Officer and dealing with Customers ,daily Issues of break down cars and handle all kind of queries and responsible for advising customers on which service,or maintenance,may need to be performed on a vehicle and sale our product according to customer need and its interest.

My responsibility is to handle customers issues with warm caring manners and with helping approach and solve his Queries and technical issues during on call make a complaint and send it to rave lent department and inform the customer to our new upcoming product and have to sale our product on a call and achieving our daily sales target .

I have worked in karsaz company as a Trainee Engineer and dealing with daily break down of lifters and working on repairing of pneumatics pumps and pressure brakes, repairing and Maintenance of transmission of Heavy Loaders.

I have worked part-time for two years at Toyota Defence Motors during my study I had been so much passionate about car so I worked there without paid ; it enabled me to work in a practical environment, dealing with daily break-down cars. The professional environment helped me to use different tools and techniques to approach a certain problem, which one can only learn in on-job trainings. I have also worked in General Department, P.D.S and QC Department now you call it express maintenance.
