I'm a business executive with an expertise in general management, business strategy, sales, & business development, procurment & logistics.Since joining Serpol-Cosmetics in 2013, initially as a sales assistant, I have ascended to the role of General Manager.During that time I've builded great teams and lots of valuable business relations which scaled up Serpol business over 600% (2013-2023) and generated CAGR 23% (2019-2023).My key business partners are TOP retailers, discounters, durug stores and multionational corporations & brand ownerst to whom we are developing, manufacturing and supplying Personal, Skin & Household Care products under their Private Label or brand.I'm passionate about leadership and international business.My abition is to became best version of myself and be a top level executive to help my organisation to be the leading company in the industry.In 2023 I've started a 2 years Executive MBA program at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
