Business line: B2BResponsibilities:• Formulate development and sales strategies for Intralogistics products.• Implementation of new and unique products for sale on the market in Poland and Europe.• Managing the sales process and development of advanced technologies - robotics (AMR and AGV trucks), VNA trucks, digitalization and "safety" products.• Directly managing of Intralogistics Departament• Development of financial and turnover plans• Setting targets and monitoring results• Day-to-day supervision and management of a team of employees• Caring for the expert development of the subordinate team • Implementation of specific work standards• Searching for and selecting appropriate suppliers and managing terms of cooperation.• Managing recruitment processes• Reporting to the Board and the HQ
