Complex realization of enterprice claims handling system for large insurance company (collecting specifications, analyzing, introducing specifications, creating documentation, projecting, realization, team leading, implementing). System designed for more than 500 users combined of many modules. Important modules: claims registrating (throught web page and call center), claims handling module, outer system communication (insurance system, accounting, expert’s report system),electronic archive, SMS gate, administration, web and SMS claim state information system. Used technologies SQL 2008, .NET 4.0, WPF, WCF, originator’s ORM.
