• Formulating a Strategy for Used Parts (Cores) Procurement:Develop a comprehensive strategy for acquiring used parts (cores) to support our organization’s operations.• Supporting the Re-Manufacturing Program:Collaborate with the re-manufacturing team to enhance our program, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.• Effective Reverse Logistics Management:Oversee the logistics associated with returning used products, optimising processes for cost-effectiveness.• Supplier Relations and Negotiations:Engage with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and quality standards for used parts procurement.• Cost Optimization and Inventory Management:Participate in initiatives aimed at minimising costs related to reverse logistics, used product storage, and purchasing.• Customer Interaction:Maintain direct communication with customers regarding used parts availability and requirements.• Forecasting Used Parts Needs:Anticipate the demand for used parts (cores) based on potential range extensions or modifications.- Driving Re-Manufacturing Rate Enhancement:Lead initiatives to improve the rate of re-manufacturing, contributing to sustainability and resource efficiency.

- Overseeing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the facility to facilitate managerial decision-making concerning the endorsement of feasible and profitable material and financial plans.- Steering the Master Production Schedule (MPS) process to establish a credible and pragmatic production timetable.- Directing the planning team to ensure coherence and efficiency in operational planning activities.- Managing relationships with component suppliers to optimize the supply chain and ensure seamless production processes.

• Preparing and analyse Sales and Operations Planning process documents• Follow the budget targets in terms of sales and stock inventory • Master Production Scheduling• Coordinate production in two plants - mother plant located in France and doughtier plant located in Poland • People management within planning department• Responsible of non standard processes within logistic/planning "ACA"• Project : Contributor S&OP process migration from mother plant located in France to Poland
