• Coordination in preparing and creating Effective License Position (ELP) for big vendors e.g.: IBM; SAP, Oracle, HP, etc. • Creating software installation/usage, hardware and ad hoc reports on a monthly basis.• Identify, track and manage operational software risks with the business and IT. Create and coordinate action plan if needed.• Reviewing and tracking the efficiency of Effective License Position (ELP) validation process and other existing software related processes, proposing and developing solutions for enhancing these processes and maintaining the relevant process documentation.• Validating the software entitlements against the installation and software usage conditions, license metrics, inventory and license types to ensure the software and audit compliance and cost saving opportunities.• Coordinating the internal software audits.• Understanding the software license models and license related terms, and translating these requirements into Software Asset Management practices.• Experience of CMDB and SAM systems: i-SAC , Microsoft SCCM, BMC ADDM, IBM BigFix.

• Analyzing the needs of business (end-users, financial, procurement and IT managers) in respect of: o The procurement process - optimization of the purchase order process;o Methods of standardization of input supplier invoices (paper, electronic) and transfer meta data to the ERP system; o Workflow of invoices from the authorization stage until final booking in ERP; o Advanced process of multiple and multi-position matching invoices with purchase order (PO), good receipt note (GRN) from ERP system and contracts. o Integration process of the ERP system with dedicated systems for PTP/AP/AR automation.o Other processes (ex.HR).• Performing the return on investment (ROI) and process analysis that demonstrate the benefits of the improvements of the PTP/AP/AR process and their presentation to the business.• Consulting the development and implementation of new processes using IT solutions tailored to the business requirements.• Introduction of new solutions to the Polish market – translation of the system, marketing materials and contracts. • Gaining new customers, business partners on the Polish market. Representing the company at trade events (conferences).• Preparing presentations, quotes and agreements for customers and partners. • Negotiating contracts and consulting process of implementing the solution with customers, partners and suppliers, • Performing SWOT analyses for the purpose of building a business strategy for the Polish market.
