In my current position, I mainly deal with constantsupervision and maintenance of the technicalreadiness factor of ICT equipment.I carry out and evaluate the implementation anddevelopment of systems.I administer networks as well asIT and ICT systems.

My position was to carry out manual and load tests of the iBard24 product on three levels of functioning: a version for computers with Windows, a version for phones with iOS and Android, and a version intended for use via a web browser. In addition, my tasks included contacts with a business client, receiving reports related to the incorrect functioning of the product. I entered the workflow into the JIRA program, where the request was forwarded to the appropriate programmer.
