• Implementing of maintenance contracts and repair jobs sales (in cooling systems for plastic industry) – building backlog of the service jobs, building customer partnership and loyalty• Supervision of works sold under my responsibility• Cooperating with subcontractors and suppliers (Trane, Carrier, installation companies, parts suppliers, etc)• Executing of warranty obligations from the company subcontractors• Participation in troubleshooting• Improving of reporting standards within service organization (worksheets, timesheets) to ensure faster invoicing and response to the customer needs• Reviewing reports of service technicians and addressing the required actions• Managing of technician tools• Reporting to the company owner

• Controlling and managing service centers in northern region of the country to ensure that all service activities: maintenance contracts, modernizations, repairs, controls, installations and new products show year on year growth;• Establishing of both annual and monthly sales targets;• Execution of the budget;• Establishing both market and target customer strategies for the company;• Reviewing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors;• Developing and implementing quality control programs;• Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress and cost tracking reports;• Reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations;• Maintaining warranty service and post-warranty service;• Coaching employees to reflect company's service standards and procedures;• Working closely with the Sales Director and General Manager on strategic issues and provide support to them.

• Planning and coordination of the service activities for 15 service technicians in 5 locations• Assigning and effecting a settlements of the service works• Cooperating with subcontracting companies• Supporting of the Service Sales Engineers by means od service resources• Playing the role of the Safety Champion for Poland
