He went on to become Sales Supervisor Brussels and Flemish Brabant of Ricoh Belgium, in 2020, after 2,5 years in the company. He is a part of the company’s business strategy SMB, with a powerfull ability to translate strategic goals into clear operational plans leading to measurable results. Raf focuses on managing and motivating effective teams and being directly involved in the professional growth and development of employees. Outside of work, Raf is passionate about football, comics and to travel. He has more than fifteen years experience in business strategy and operations.
