I am a highly collaborative person who specialises in rapidly building trusting relationships across organisations and hierarchies to achieve shared aims. My experience in varied roles across private, public, and third sector organisations lets me quickly adapt to organisational cultures and ways of working.Currently the contract and project manager in the Welsh Government’s Marine Planning team. I manage research contracts relating to marine spatial planning through their full lifecycles, and project manage development of the Wales Marine Planning Portal. I also work closely with public and private sector bodies to help them implement the Welsh National Marine Plan. I am passionate about conservation and sustainable management of the natural environment, and the potential for emerging technology and public/private sector collaboration to provide solutions to the climate crisis.
