Leading O&M team of 80 MW wind & 100 MW solar power project.Reporting to Country Head - Operations & Maintenance.Responsibilities:• Efficient management of wind power project Operations & Maintenance.• Implement operational strategies for stable power generation & transmission.• Analyze SCADA systems for fault diagnostics.• Develop & update control room SOPs, manuals to manage day-to-day operations and grid abnormal events effectively.• Prepare Root Cause Analysis for any abnormal grid event and reporting to all relevant stakeholders timely.• Regular training sessions with operations lead, and operations team for clear understanding of Operations SOPs, such as LOTO, PTW, energization, de-energization, etc.• Review daily operations and maintenance record, such as energy generations, consumption, warnings/alarms, SCADA systems, etc.• Develop constructive working relationship with Client, Grid Operator and subcontractors through regular meetings.• Developing a clear understanding of O&M contracts, grid regulations, grid code and SOPs for effective operations.• Prepare and report daily, weekly, monthly and annual statistics to senior management.• Provide team leadership with focus on development opportunities for improvement in O&M team.• Effective planning of preventive/corrective maintenance activities in low windy days to reduce the energy loss.• Manage internal and external audits by Lenders, Client and Government authorities.•Appraisal process for O&M team, with clear roles and responsibilities.Key Achievements:• Contribution in updating the SOPs of developing emergency response SOPs.• Reduction of paper record of operational record by 85% without compromising the integrity of operational data.• Contribution in developed ETAP model of wind power project to analyze the impact of grid fluctuations, tripping events.• Developing condition monitoring system and early fault diagnostics systems.
