As a DT & Team Leader, 3G huawei project• Benchmarking and other detailed drives under various scenarios to check the successful function of the network.• Checking Multi-RAB, Latency check and others.• Responsible for timely completion and submission of Single Cell Functionality Test (SCFT) and Cluster Optimization reports and prepare network for commercial launch.• Barred and un-barred cell testing during peak hours and reporting to help solve the issue of low throughput.• Also resolving issues related to coverage problem by re-orientation of Antennas, tilting, increasing and decreasing pilot power and power calibration etc.• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports based on the optimization request.• Expertise in drive Test using TEMS Investigation 10.0.5, which involved conducting various measurements aimed at gathering specific data representing a complete network for 3.5G (HSDPA/Broadband), 3G (WCDMA) and 2G (GSM).• Map Info Professional Tool used for taking plots for the related drive and for making and updating sites.• Preparing Drive routes for specific drives on request basis.• Hands on experience on Actix to prepare reports on various tests conducted.• Providing suggestions to optimization team on requirement and in reports to help solve the issues.
