• Preparation of accounts up to finalization and yearly closing.• Control & following up with the entire customers’ accounts (A/R), with an experience in handling the payment issues, implementing legal cases.• Processing all supplier invoices after availing approval from concern department managers.• Monitoring and implementing effective credit control policy & procedures for Accounts Payable & Receivable. Ensuring timely recovery of funds.• Monitoring & controlling Purchase Orders received from clients. Confirming all PO’s correctly delivered and invoicing is dome on timely basis.• Review of Fixed Assets Registry and conduct of required reconciliations.• Expert in handling all the bank transaction TT, LG’s & LC’s and logistic procedure & related transaction.• Run monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring that all charges and deductions are verified according to the company policy & UAE Labor Law.• Expert in handling HR issues. Knowledgeable of UAE Labor Law & regulations. Responsible about opening bank accounts for staff and was in charge for implementation of WPS (Wages Protection System) and online transfers for the entire Company.• Expert in the establishment of an accounting systems and Prepare all accounts reports up to finalization.• Liaising and interact with external audit.• Liaison with other departments on regular basis to get relevant information.

• Responsible for posting and maintaining client’s day to day derivatives trading as per broker statement.• Processing margin settlement instruction as per SWIFT messages received from the broker.• Responsible for processing and settlement foreign exchange dealings of clients.• Handling group mail box and ensuring of timely reply to all queries.• Preparing daily reports using Excel and circulating to senior management as required.• Reconciliation of client’s accounts and reporting discrepancies if any.
