Sales Engineer
CurrentResponsible for driving technical engagements and solutions for Majors and Enterprise accounts across TN, KY, and OH. This role involves providing expert technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, designing and implementing tailored cybersecurity solutions to meet the unique needs of each enterprise, and conducting in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase CrowdStrike’s capabilities. Collaborates closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans, assists customers in understanding the value of CrowdStrike’s offerings through technical proofs of concept and competitive differentiation, and ensures customer satisfaction by addressing technical challenges and providing timely solutions. Continuously enhances knowledge of CrowdStrike’s product suite and stays updated on industry trends and best practices.
