As an experienced Innovation Lead and Technical Product Manager, Hamed’s expertise includes managing the front end of innovation (FEI), product development processes (PDP), new technology development (NTD), maturing innovation roadmaps among cross-functional teams and defining minimum viable products (MVP) in addition to creation of business cases and training the stakeholders.
