She holds an ICGB certification in Lean Six Sigma and a Teacher of German certification from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. She is also a licensed elevator mechanic and is endorsed by the International Union of Elevator Constructors.Raffa leverages her 11-year background as an engineer officer in the US Army, where she managed several multimillion-dollar projects in Kuwait and Afghanistan, to ensure safety and sustainability in her projects. She leads a team of skilled painters, drywallers, floor installers, and fence builders, who have painted sites as large as 35,000 square feet, installed various types of flooring and fencing, and have not had an on-the-job injury since 2017. Her crews are vetted with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Interior, and the Department of Transportation, and have OSHA 10 and 30 certifications.
