In this section relating to my personal profile, I focus on describing who I am, and why I am contacting your company with the intention of proposing myself as a possible new resource and member of your team.Over the years, I have collected a series of work experiences which have allowed me to build robust and reliable relational and interpersonal skills, with colleagues, with managerial figures and customers.Although not purely related to inbound customer service, these experiences have given me the foundations and principles concerning problem solving, empathy and ability to optimize friendly and professional interrelationship with clients. As a bartender I have refined my skills in managing my work environment and interrelation qualities by being in constant contact with customers.Furthermore, the experience in the navy highlights my care in helping people in need and always being available and reliable. The experience in dentistry then, has refined my psychological, human, and practical-manual skills and improved my knowledge of computers and operative systems.The contact with patients and the use of chemical materials and orthodontic instruments required care and meticulousness which can be useful skills.For me, it is a priority to support the work team in providing excellent treatment and results for the end user. Working mostly in frenetic contexts, with high working rhythms, I understood that calm and concentration are essential elements.
