- Suppliers validation process and auditing accordingly to Company requirements for 8 production plants in 6 different European countries and belonging to different business units.- Develop the Quality culture in Supply Chain area - Coordinate the activities of 8 SQAs in EMEA production plants- Define and manage the supplier quality indicators - Cooperate with Supply Chain Director to manage the supplier baseMain Project: - 20% reduction of supplier PPM

- Assure Quality and Reliability of the Aftermarket and Mechatronic products from development phase to mass production to get customer satisfaction- Lead multifunctional team for problem solving activity- Manage REACH for Mechatronic and Aftermarket Business Unit- Manage Kaizen, Lean methodology, Operational Excellence methods to improve the company performances - Suppliers validation and audit based on ISO TS 16949- Monitor and evaluate the suppliers performance defining and managing the indicators.Main Projects: - Start up of a Quality control plant in China- Implementation of a Supplier portal to monitor and manage the Supplier performance- 50% of ppm reduction for a Rubber Supplier through supplier development project

- Assure Quality and Reliability of Digital Products of Automotive Division from development phase to mass production, accordingly to the Automotive and ISO TS 16949 requirements- Represent internally the customers’ request- Manage the activity of Failure Analysis (root causes/ effective corrective actions) - Act as dedicated interface with BOSCH and TRW.Main Project: - Lead inter-functional team to analyze and solve application issue in TRW
