The company, official IBM partner, is focused on strategic advices for medium and big companies, including institutional customers and banking groups.Moreover it provides support to organization for Digital Transformation and System Integration Process.I'm working on the following projects:- Development of a platform built on IBM Domino environment for an important government customer. The platform meets the need of management and organization of offices and employees spreaded all around the world.Used technologies: Domino Designer, Domino Server, Notes, XPages (Dojo, LotusScript, SSJS).- Development of an app with a 3D interface for managing a Smart City. The project integrates data to make them trackable and manageable by users with a 3D interface.Used technologies: back end side NodeJs and MongoDB and front end side React, ThreeJs and HTML5.For data integration JsonRPC with Zabbix, Milestone and SNMP.

I was in charge of the enterprise gaming project management.Customers were mainly foreign companies seeking resources able to realize games and businesssoftware.All bugs, new features and customer requests were managed by a ticket request OTRS web basedsoftware.The activities carried out by me were:▪ Project analysis and Customer management;▪ Scheduling activities and tasks through the use of the Gantt chart;▪ Planning, coordination and priority management of the teamwork;▪ Test Planning and Management;▪ Quality check;▪ Problem solving;▪ User experience.For the analysis, planning and task management, I introduced in the company the BITRIX24 system, which allows the management of all activities of coworking.Besides that I deal with preparation, management and document translation both for web and certifications.Among my tasks, there was also the front-end development and management of websites using CMS(WordPress) and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

I took care of Help Desk activities both in the mother tongue and in English and German. The activity was carried out with OTRS system, which allows to manage the ticket requests in an easy, fast and professional way.My knowledge in Hardware and Software (Desktop/Mobile) have allowed me to fill the role of ITTechnician.My daily activities were:▪ Assembly and installation of computers;▪ Installing devices and network equipment;▪ Technical assistance;▪ Network management operations.
