About Raffaele Vaccaro
The environment and restoring the world's nature capital have been my passions for several years. I decided to focus my academic path and work experience in order to develop the tools to obtain a concrete impact in areas where environmental degradation and socio-economic crisis are deeply interlinked. After several years in the EU bubble in Brussels, managing activities in the sectors of EU environmental funding and public affairs, I came back to Italy with the objective to implement disruptive environmental technologies principally in the field of wastewater treatment. The identification of further market opportunities convinced me to open a specialised business to support private companies, public authorities and local governments on the road towards sustainability and circularity through the implementation of the EU Green Deal and UN SDGs.
