About Raffaele Adinolfi

I have been leading digital projects since 2014, conducting complex user researches, dealing with business requirements, mentoring the team to be obsessed with users’ needs and giving directions to always achieve a WOW experience.Because I have a strong background in UX design and web development, I’m able to understand and manage processes, timings and team frustrations in both areas. I have strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and the use of modern agile methodologies, such as HMWs, Affinity Mapping, Crazy 8’s and Lightning Talks.
