Head Of Customer Success
CurrentAs Head of Customer Success at iubenda, I am responsible for overseeing the team that helps our users understand and utilize our services to their fullest potential. My team and I were able to reduce churn by 6 pp in a year by implementing targeted strategies and activities that addressed the behavior of our users in relation to our terms of service. Additionally, I have worked closely with our Product and Marketing teams to gather feedback from our users and incorporate it into the development and messaging of our product and services.In addition to the Customer Success team, I also oversee the Partner Program, which targets agencies and web professionals who are looking to integrate our services into their own and their clients websites and services. Our international team is composed of 5 people who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the success of our users.
