In addition I'm Adjunct Professor for Digital transformation and customer management at Luiss Business School.I covered several and growing leadership positions at international consulting firms and Big4s, helping business and IT departments of leading organizations in evolving business and operating model leveraging innovation and digital technologies. I led a variety of business transformation projects spanning from business model definition and implementation to system architecture design, business benefits estimation, transformation roadmap design, change management and measurement of benefit realization. I established a long term and trustworthy relationship with some key clients generating continuous involvement across a wide spectrum of services, involving several organizational functions. I join business and technological knowledge in pragmatic client advising. I have experience in building up new consulting practices, integrating and scaling up multidisciplinary and multicultural talent teams, with full P/L responsibility.
